RICK VINNAY, LCSW, CEAP, QSAP
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, EAP & WELLNESS
Rick has worked in the behavioral health field since 1996, spending most of his time in EAP management. In addition to his administrative duties at The Solutions Group, he provides consultation to supervisors, managers and Human Resources professionals, conducts organizational interventions, and leads workshops.
Rick’s expertise includes working with a very diverse client population in a wide variety of settings with a multitude of presenting issues. His practical and empathic approach to problem solving allows him to serve clients in virtually any situation. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Rick is a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), a qualified professional counselor in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EDMR) Trauma Therapy, a qualified Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) provider, and a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. These skills, qualifications and talents, combined with his experience working in national and multinational organizations, make him an invaluable resource for employees.
Rick earned his Masters in Social Work from University of Illinois Chicago Campus, where he attended the Jane Adams School of Social Work. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University (Southfield, Mich.).
As Wellness Director for The Solutions Group, Sarita has a great passion for igniting purpose and empowering people through wellness. In addition to providing support and direction to a high performing team of wellness experts, she creates wellness leadership programs, builds trusted client relationships and facilitates wellness strategic planning, retreats and focus groups.
Sarita's dedication to physical activity and her love of cooking led her to the employee wellness industry early in her career. Recognizing that no single approach to wellness works for every individual, she leverages her decades of experience as a consulting business owner and executive leader to align people, purpose and performance in pursuit of corporate wellness. Embracing the need for a supportive culture as a key ingredient to successful wellness programs, Sarita has created a strategic planning process where organizations develop their wellness roadmap to achieve program objectives and help individuals discover their own wellness journey.
Sarita lends her expertise to health coach professionals, account managers and technical support staff at TSG corporate wellness accounts nationwide, making her a versatile resource for companies seeking to create or improve their wellness programs.
Sarita has a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resources and is a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque and Leadership New Mexico.
