PROMOTE A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE
No matter how large or how small your workforce, or what type of business you're in, employee substance abuse and dependence problems can severely elevate your risk for workforce instability and financial loss.
If your organization does not currently have a drug-free workplace policy, The Solutions Group EAP can help you develop and implement one that will protect your business and provide support for your employees. If you have an existing policy, we'd be happy to review it and offer recommendations for making it even more effective.
