Consultation and conflict resolution
Call the EAP at any time to discuss ways you can help employees improve work performance, improve attitudes and resolve conflicts.
Mediation
Refer employees who are having conflicts for informal mediation. Both participants must be willing to attend (but not mandated to do so). Mediation results are confidential; managers will only receive confirmation of their attendance.
Referral services
Refer employees who are having work performance issues. There are two types of referrals. For more information, see the Organizational & Management Guide to EAP Services.
Utilization Reports
As an EAP client, you will receive a quarterly Utilization Report, along with relevant insights about trends or issues among your employees.
