The Value Of Your EAP
Helping employees to learn how to cope with stress at work and at home leads to improved work performance, decreased absenteeism and greater workforce retention.

Consultation with supervisors and managers, coupled with training of these key personnel in using the EAO as a management tool, helps to reduce liability costs by lowering the risk of a supervisor taking inappropriate action in dealing with employees. More effective supervisors make for a more productive workplace.

Happier employees working in a healthier workplace has the potential to significantly reduce medical insurance and Workers Comp costs, to decreased hiring and training costs and to fewer headaches for HR managers.
